Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ImageRemover website, application, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, redeeming free trial credits, purchasing plans, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Our Service

ImageRemover delivers AI-powered tools that remove unwanted objects, people, text, and watermarks from photos in seconds. We continuously update the product to improve accuracy, speed, and reliability. Because AI evolves quickly, specific features or workflows may change, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature at any time with or without notice.

Account Registration

• Account creation is optional. You can try ImageRemover without signing up.
• If you create an account, provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated.
• Safeguard your login credentials. Notify us promptly at support@imgremover.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
• Currently, we support Google login for account creation.

Credits and Payments

• ImageRemover operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. You can purchase credit packages for one-time payments.
• New users receive free trial credits to test the service with no signup required.
• Payments are handled securely by Stripe. You authorize ImageRemover and its payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for applicable fees and taxes.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Please review your needs carefully before purchasing.
• Credits never expire. Once purchased, you can use them at any time without worrying about expiration dates.
• We may revoke promotional or trial credits if we detect fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

Your Content

“Content” includes photos, brush masks, prompts, metadata, and AI-generated outputs you upload or create via the Services.

• You retain ownership of your Content.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your Content solely to operate the Services, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to submit Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Acceptable Use

When using ImageRemover, you will not:

• Upload or generate Content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, exploitative, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to bypass security measures (including CAPTCHA), probe our infrastructure, or disrupt service availability
• Misuse AI outputs in ways that violate applicable disclosure or consumer protection laws
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or use the Services to build datasets or competing models without written consent
• Use automated tools to create excessive accounts or abuse free trial credits
• Upload images containing personal information of others without proper authorization

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI Output and Accuracy

AI-generated results may occasionally contain artifacts or inaccuracies. Review outputs before distributing them publicly or using them for commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs, but we may store them temporarily (typically for about an hour) to deliver downloads and improve reliability. After this period, files are automatically deleted from our servers.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services—including software, documentation, branding, and original content—belong to ImageRemover or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, no licenses are granted to you.

Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third-party tools including:

• Stripe for secure payment processing
• Turnstile for CAPTCHA and anti-abuse protection
• Cloud hosting providers for image storage and processing

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. ImageRemover is not responsible for the performance or security of third-party services.

Feedback

If you share feedback, suggestions, or ideas with us, you grant ImageRemover a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or if your use creates risk for us or other users. You may stop using the Services and delete your account whenever you choose, but credits already purchased are non-refundable unless required by law. Unused credits will remain in your account as they never expire.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMAGEREMOVER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMAGEREMOVER, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) USD $50.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImageRemover, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ImageRemover operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts unless applicable law requires a different venue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. When we make material updates, we will revise the “date” above and may provide additional notice through the Services or email. Continued use after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
