Note: You can try ImageRemover without creating an account. Registration is only needed to track credits and access your editing history.

Billing Information

When you purchase credits, our payment partner Stripe collects billing details such as your name, payment method, and billing address. We store receipts and transaction records required for accounting, compliance, and customer support.

Uploaded Images, Masks, and Prompts

• Photos, selections, and brush masks you upload to remove objects
• Metadata about edits (for example, file size, generation time, and which feature you used)
• Prompts or contextual notes tied to your session

We process media only long enough to deliver results and let you download them.

Usage and Device Data

We retain account and billing records for as long as you maintain an account or as required by law. Purchased credits never expire and remain in your account until used. Usage analytics are stored for up to 24 months to understand adoption trends and keep the platform secure. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We protect data with industry-standard safeguards, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, monitoring, and regular security reviews. Sensitive functions like payments rely on PCI-compliant providers. No method is 100% secure, but we continually assess and improve our technical and organizational measures.
